Courtauld staff can continue to log into webmail here webmail.courtauld.ac.uk/owa
We are about to migrate all existing student mailboxes over to Office 365 (new students mailboxes are already created in Office 365). We will start this on Thursday 1 October and it will involve some short downtime as your mailbox is moved. If you try to use your mailbox and it’s unavailable, please try back 15 minutes later. Once your mailbox is migrated to Office 365, if you try to login at webmail.courtauld.ac.uk/owa you will be redirected to the Office 365 website.
You should login to Office 365 with your new Office 365 username: This is your normal Courtauld username (e.g. “jsmith”) but with “@courtauld.ac.uk” appended (e.g. “email@example.com”).
You should continue to use your regular Courtauld password.
More information on all the new features which are being made available to students with the Office 365 rollout will be coming shortly but once logged in, you now have access to your email, a 1TB OneDrive for your files and online versions of Word and Powerpoint to assist your studies all in the one place, accessible from anywhere: https://portal.office.com
